  • What is the SPAR Apparel Shipping Policy?
    At SPAR Apparel, we want to make sure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience. As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we have established the following shipping policy: ​ Shipping Destinations ​ Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping destinations to include other countries in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on our progress. ​ Shipping Rates ​ For clothing, we charge a flat rate fee for shipping to all destinations. The shipping rates are as follows: $10 for shipping to Canada $15 for shipping to the United States ​ For boxing gloves, we charge a variable rate shipping fee calculated at checkout, depending on quantity and destination. ​ Please note that these rates are subject to change at any time. We will always provide you with up-to-date shipping rates before you finalize your order. ​ Shipping Times We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 business days. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the volume of orders we receive. ​ We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues that may impact your delivery time.   • Do I have to pay Duty for SPAR Products?
    At SPAR Apparel, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality boxing apparel that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. As part of our commitment to transparency and fair business practices, we have established the following duty policy: ​ Products Manufactured in the SPAR Overflow Facility in the United States ​ Some of our products are manufactured in the SPAR Overflow facility located in the United States. If you purchase products that are shipped from this facility, you will be responsible for any duties that may be incurred as a result of importing the products into your country. Please note that the amount of duties may vary depending on your location and the value of the products. ​ To ensure that our customers are aware of their responsibilities when purchasing products from the SPAR Overflow facility, we will clearly indicate on our website and in our communications which products are shipped from this location. We encourage you to review this information carefully before making your purchase. ​ General Duty Policy ​ In addition to the above, please note that all customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred as a result of importing products into their country. We have partnership agreements with several manufacturers across Canada and the United States, and all of our products are manufactured within North America. ​ While we strive to keep everything local, certain components used in our products are sourced from overseas. We have carefully selected suppliers who share our values and are committed to fair labor practices and environmental sustainability. ​ We believe that manufacturing our products in North America helps us ensure quality control and supports local economies.
